2. Data we process

We may process contact and delivery details, order and payment information, customer communications, technical device and website-use data, cookie information and marketing choices. Payment-card details are normally handled directly by the payment provider.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Orders, payment, delivery, returns and customer service – performance of the contract.
  • Accounting, documentation and authority requirements – compliance with legal obligations.
  • Security, fraud prevention and store improvement – legitimate interests.
  • Electronic marketing and optional analytics/marketing cookies – consent where required.

4. Recipients

Necessary data may be shared with Shopify, payment providers, carriers, IT, analytics and marketing services, professional advisers and public authorities where required by law. They may use it only for agreed purposes or under their own lawful responsibility.
