📌 Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. This right is in accordance with Norwegian consumer legislation.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused and, if applicable, in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. We will assess the issue promptly and resolve it as quickly as possible. In such cases, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been specially manufactured or customized for you. We also cannot accept returns of gift cards.

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
