This online store is operated by Service Leverandøren AS (Company Registration No. 936 026 087, registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises), marketing products under the Nordic Smart brand.

Nordic Smart operates this store and website, including all related information, content, tools, and all related features, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a tailored shopping experience (the “Services”). When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at our sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before the order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to approve cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.

You represent and warrant that purchases are for your private household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as shown in the order confirmation.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided or when collected from a pickup location, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. Ownership transfers when we have received payment in full and the order has been dispatched, unless otherwise required by law.

The Services, including but not limited to trademarks, branding, text, displays, images, graphics, reviews, videos, audio, and the design and organization of these materials, are owned by Service Leverandøren AS and/or its partners or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
Nordic Smart names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Service Leverandøren AS and/or its licensors. Shopify’s name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools. We do not monitor or control them.
You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or conditions of any kind. Any use of optional tools is at your own risk and discretion.

The Services may contain content or links to third-party websites. If you choose to access third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

This store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you. However, all purchases you make in our store are made directly from us (Nordic Smart / Service Leverandøren AS), not from Shopify.
You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and us, including any personal injury, damage, or loss arising from products purchased. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with us.
