Terms of sale and use

1. Seller and scope

Nordic Smart is operated by SERVICELEVERANDØREN AS, organisation number 936 026 087 MVA, Åsa-Tors vei 18A, 1746 Skjeberg, Norway (“we”). These terms apply to purchases from nordicsmart.eu.

2. Products and results

We describe products as accurately as possible. The effect of Hydro Shield depends on factors including the boat, engine, load, propeller, installation and driving pattern. Customer-reported results do not guarantee a specific reduction in fuel consumption, planing time or other performance.

3. Prices, shipping and charges

For delivery outside Norway, prices are shown without Norwegian VAT and shipping is included. Local import VAT and the carrier’s customs-clearance/handling fee are payable by the recipient. Customs duty may also apply if the product is dutiable in the destination country.

4. Orders and contract

The contract is formed when the order confirmation is sent. We may reject or cancel an order for an obvious pricing or typographical error, unavailability, suspected misuse or inability to deliver. Any amount already charged will be refunded without undue delay.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The payment provider’s own terms may also apply.

6. Delivery and risk

Stated delivery times are estimates. Risk passes when the consumer or a person designated by the consumer physically receives the product.

7. Right of withdrawal and satisfaction guarantee

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Hydro Shield also has our voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. See the refund and returns policy for the separate conditions.

8. Defects and complaints

Mandatory statutory consumer rights apply in full. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting documentation.

9. Installation and use

The product must be installed and used according to the instructions and in a manner suitable for the boat and engine. Check fastening and clearance before use. Consult a qualified professional if in doubt.

10. Liability

We are liable to the extent required by mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Intellectual property

Store content may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our privacy policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

Norwegian law applies to the extent permitted. This does not restrict a consumer’s mandatory rights under the law of their country of residence. We seek to resolve disputes amicably; they may be referred to a competent public dispute-resolution body or court.

14. Contact and changes
