📦 Shipping Policy

Delivery area
We deliver throughout Norway and to most parts of Europe.
If you have questions about delivery to your location, please contact us:
Delivery time
Normal delivery time within Norway is 2–5 business days from order.
During periods of high demand, delivery may take slightly longer.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Norway.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Any additional costs will always be clearly displayed at checkout if special delivery options are selected.
Carrier
We use Posten / Bring or another suitable carrier.
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.
Risk and ownership
The risk for the product transfers to the customer once the item has been delivered to the specified address or collected from the pickup point.
Unclaimed packages
If a package is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to us.
For unclaimed packages we reserve the right to charge a 250 NOK fee to cover shipping and handling costs.
Delays and damages
If delivery is unreasonably delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any damage to the product or packaging must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Deliveries outside Norway
Deliveries outside Norway may in some cases be subject to local VAT or import duties payable upon delivery in the destination country.
